OUR DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors of ski passes allow you to buy or reload your lift pass at public rates (with your credit card). Distributors are available at our sales points of Grande Motte, Tovière, Val Claret, Lavachet, Boisses, and Brévières.




RELOAD WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE :

If you already have a lift pass, you can recharge it with your mobile phone. Purchase your ski pass within 3 minutes then head straight to the slopes ! Simply log on to skipass-tignes.com, choose a product, the duration, the start date of validity, the participant and then enter the long number at the bottom of your support at the "I have a support/no support"



CANCELLATION AND REFUND :

Your order can be cancelled free of charge up to the first day of the ski pass start date. To do this, send us an email to : vad.tignes@compagniedesalpes.fr, specifying your order number. After D-day, we advise you to make a claim. Cancellation is only possible if the tickets concerned have not been used.






EXPRESS purchase

You know Tignes, its extraordinary ski area, its offers, and you already know what you want: go to our ACHAT EXPRESS zones.

These areas are equipped with automatic machines for purchasing, recharging and collecting orders (please have your order number ready for delivery). Our vending machines are available 24 hours a day in all our sales outlets (except Grande Motte).


It's also possible to top up your pass directly online, with no waiting and no need for cash desks or distributors. You can use it immediately !
